Alright, so you young’uns wanna know about this Mawile thing in that Pokemon Go game, huh? Grandma’s gonna tell ya all about it, but don’t expect no fancy words, ya hear? This is just plain talk, the way I see it.

Mawile in Pokemon Go: Easy Ways to Defeat It

First off, what is this Mawile critter anyway? Well, it’s a Pokemon, like all them others you’re chasin’ around with your phone. This one’s a Steel and Fairy type, whatever that means. Sounds tough, right? But not too tough, Grandma will tell ya how to beat it.

Now, some smart folks over at some website, Pokemon Go Hub Net they call it, they say you gotta use your Fire types to whoop Mawile. Makes sense to me, fire melts steel, right? So, go get your Moltres, your Entei, Typhlosion, Arcanine, or even that Flareon fella, and you’ll be set. They say those are the best, so I ain’t gonna argue with ‘em.

  • Moltres: Big ol’ fire bird, looks mean.
  • Entei: Fire dog, I think. Barks a lot, probably.
  • Typhlosion: Another fire thing, looks like a badger maybe?
  • Arcanine: Big fluffy fire dog, kinda cute.
  • Flareon: That’s the one that looks like a fox, all fiery.

But what if you *want* the Mawile for yourself? Well, that’s a different story. Seems like the best way to get one these days is from those Go Rocket Grunts. You know, the bad guys in black? Yeah, you gotta find the one that talks about Fairy Pokemon. They might have a Mawile, but they might also have some other fairy critters like that Vulpix or Ralts. Keep tryin’ and you’ll get it eventually.

Now, once you got your Mawile, you gotta make it fight, right? The smart folks say Fairy Wind and Play Rough are the moves to use. Makes it a good Fairy attacker, they say. I dunno, sounds like a bunch of mumbo jumbo to me. But you kids like that stuff, so go ahead. They also say somethin’ about Ice Fang bein’ good too, so try that if you want.

I tell you what, this Mawile, it’s a pretty good Pokemon. Some people even use it without that Mega evolution thing. Just for fun, they say. And it’s tough enough to be on your team, even if you ain’t one of them fancy battlers. So don’t be afraid to catch one and use it. It’s got that big ol’ mouth on the back of its head, looks kinda scary, but don’t let that fool ya, it’s alright.

So that’s about all I know about this Mawile. It’s a Steel and Fairy type, weak to Fire, you get it from Go Rocket Grunts, use Fairy Wind and Play Rough moves… and it’s fun to use! Now go on, get off my porch and go catch some Pokemon! And don’t you be stayin’ out too late, you hear?

Grandma’s gotta go make dinner now. All this talk about Pokemon makes a body hungry.
