Porrima Starfield: A Quick Look at the System and Planets

Alright, let’s talk about this Porrima place in Starfield. I heard folks talkin’ about it, so I figured I’d tell ya what I know, the way I understand it, ya know? Don’t expect no fancy words from me.

So, Porrima, that’s the name of a star, see? And around it, there’s a whole bunch of stuff. They call it a “system,” like a family, I guess. This Porrima family has the star in the middle, and then 21 other things going ’round and ’round. Planets and moons and who knows what else. Twenty-one! That’s a lot of young’uns for one star to keep track of, ain’t it?

Where is this Porrima place, you ask? Well, it ain’t exactly next door, that’s for sure. They say it’s in somethin’ called the “Settled Systems.” Sounds fancy, right? Like folks have already been there and put down roots. To get there, you gotta do some jumpin’ around with your spaceship. They say it’s four jumps away from Alpha Centauri, whatever that is, and just one jump from Volii. Sounds like a lot of hoppin’ and boppin’ to me, but I guess that’s how they do things in space.

If you’re lookin’ for Porrima II specifically, well, you gotta get yourself to the Porrima system first, obviously. Use that “grav drive” thingy they talk about, it’s like a magic carpet for spaceships, I reckon. And then just follow the path, they say. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy… for them space folks, maybe.
