A girl gets swept away to a magical land, talks to scarecrows and lions, the whole shebang. It’s colorful, got songs, and it’s a good time for the whole family. My old man, he used to love this one, said it was the best movie ever made. Kids these days, they don’t know nothin’ ’bout good old movies.

My Neighbor Totoro, that’s another one. This one’s got a big fluffy creature, Totoro. He’s like a big ol’ teddy bear, but magic. Kids love him. It’s a charmin’ movie, they say. Not much happens, just kids bein’ kids, and this Totoro fella hangin’ around. But it’s sweet, you know? Makes you feel all warm and fuzzy, like Arrietty.

And speaking of popular, have ya heard of Demon Slayer The Movie: Mugen Train? Now, this one ain’t exactly like Spirited Away, it’s got more fightin’ and demons and stuff. But it’s a big hit, made a whole lotta money, even more than Spirited Away! My nephew, he’s crazy about it. Says it’s exciting and the animation is somethin’ else. So if your kids like a bit of action with their magic, this might be the one.
